Email Blast

In this section, an admin is able to create a custom email which can be sent to a specific group or to a specific email address. The following areas will need to be completed:


  1. Subject: This is the emails subject line which will appear in each recipients Inbox

  2. Email Text: The section has similar features like Microsoft WORD to create an email. You are able to select font size, font type, insert images, etc. (Note: you can insert HTML using the source icon)

  3. Text Only: This section will be the same content/text as in the email text section above without any specific fonts or images indicated. This is a text only section.


How to send the email blast:


  1. You are able to select from the drop down box which email group you want to send your email blast to. The following options are available: 

  • All

  • Registered Users

  • Additional Email list. 

After you’ve made your selection simply click the SEND button.



  1. If you only want to send this email blast to a specific address or addresses you can simply enter the address in the blank text box and click the SEND ONLY HERE button.

  2. Check Spam: Clicking this will review the email for any potential issues to prevent the email from being flagged as spam.
